July, Trip #1

Garrett and I had a tough year at work, so we thought we would get away in July as much as possible and reward our family. What a fun month. Our first trip consisted of staying in Reno a few nights and meeting our friends at Little Grass Valley for one night of camping. Very relaxing trip. The high light was the fire we saw from our hotel one hill over. Almost thought we were going to have to evacuate, but didn't. Thank you fire fighters. Poor Nolan was sick the whole trip, throwing up in the car on the way there. What a trooper though. Sorry poor Nolan for dragging you around with the flu.

One night of camping is really all we are good for right now. We really could have only stayed for one night because of other plans, but even if we did have the time, one night was enough for me. Still too much work for me. When the kids get older and can do more, I think it will be something we can do more of. It was nice to see Sharon and Becky and Heather with their families outside of work. They are all so fun to hang out with and the kids get around so well. Hey, they all grew up together. They have a family of their own.

The first game played in the arcade. Dad just couldn't resist.
The arcade had a cool play area with a bounce house and lots of climbing toys. The kids had a blast.
The pool was fun too. Very windy though. We almost thought we were going to be caught in a storm.
 Never too sick to swim.
Beautiful Avery. WE are in so much trouble.
 Austin the joker!
 Best brothers!
WE went to this awesome sports store in Sparks called Scheel's.  We could have spent all day in there. It is so much fun to walk through. Anything you need for any sport, they have. They also have a Ferris wheel right in the middle of the store. Avery was the only one that would go with me. That's my girl.
